Echofy is distributed under the GNU General Public License v3.0 (GPL-3.0). You are free to inspect, modify, and build the open-source code in accordance with the terms of the GPL-3.0 license.
You agree to use Echofy solely for personal, non-commercial media playback. You must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, as well as the terms of service of third-party content providers whose APIs you access through the app.
All music streams, artist names, artwork, and album covers belong to their respective copyright holders. Echofy functions as a media client interface and does not claim ownership over any streamed media content.
Echofy is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the application after changes constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
